hey, ive ben on jp's 90 day for 3 days now and have just 1 question, Y does my erection level rise when doing the circle stretches? |

I have a question about stretching. How much pressure should I put on my penis while doing the stretching exercises? Should I try and push myself, or just apply a fair amount of pressure during the stretch? |

Question: I am currently in month 2 of JP's program. I noticed the first month I had a better flaccid hang but lately it seems I have been turtling up alot. Do most people wrap with an ace bandage or something to keep it from turtling? Interested on hearing any posts about this. Does it matter that it turtles and does it affect your growing potential in the long term?

You should discourage turtling at all times....... Wraps are good as well as sleeves and then there's the manual pull. Tug it all through the day to remind it where to rest.

When you work out your muscles, for example, with weight lifting, you have to do one day on and then one day as a rest. However, with exercising the penis it seems that the body is more capable of doing more days of exercising than weight lifting. Why is this, and why is it not dangerous to jelq multiple days before you rest? I have had this question in my mind for some time now. Thanks, Pho |
