Hi JonPop, I've read on this forum a few guys, including remmek, saying that LOT theory has been debunked. Do you believed that LOT theory is still relevant and why? |

Personally ,I'm observing my reaction every day to my response to current routine. And letting him tell me if I've been to rough, through morning wood and EQ. Using both heads at the same time.LOL!! It's all good when we're conscious of what we're doing and why. My opinion, rest it . Stay focused . At this point ,no supplements. ps Read about holding the glans while exercising.

Hey I started this routine about two weeks ago. I measured up before and I'm going to measure again after one month. I've noticed that my viens protrude a lot more. It hangs more fuller after my workout. It looks slightly bigger but I won't know until the end of the month. My workout: 5 minutes of letting hot water run down on my penis. I do the manual stretches exactly stated in the guide. Usually takes around 10 minutes. Then I do the jelqs. My overall workout takes around 45 to an hour. It seems like quite a bit of time. I do 4 second jelqs. Then 5 minutes if warming down with the hot water. I started out with 50 kegels a day and now I'm at 150 not including the ones during my excerises. I was wondering if the time alotted to my excerises is correct. My penis feels slightly sore after the workouts as well. Another thing I am wonderign about is is it better to use the index finger and the middle finger for the v jelq or the middle and the ring finger. I feel like I can apply more pressure to with the index and middle fingers. I was also wondering if I would be able to reach my short term goal in three months. I have 6:00 loss of tug. Starting: 6.5 inches EL X 4 1/2 inches EG Short term goal: 7 inches EL X 5 EG Long term goal: 8 inches EL X 6 EG |

And yes, you will definitely gain something in the 3 months, and even if you don't see any sizeable gains, you will have improved hardness and EQ, and your penis will be conditioned for advanced exercises. So one way or another you are bond to gain something!

I'm currently taking steroids (oral one called Epistane, on second week). If I do this beginner routine, will it have advanced routine like gains? It's a non aromatizing compound, that increases testosterone mainly, not sure about DHT, some people reported hair loss, so I guess there's some 5 alpha reductase enzyme activity on the free testosterone. also, I'm doing bed fowfers, because they are very easy to do, and helped a lot with the flaccid gains (the only significant gain so far, around 1.2"). can I continue doing them?

I've been taking 2 x 500mg of L-arginine daily for the last 2 weeks. The first week was great and I could really feel a difference in flaccid hang and EQ, but by the second week the effects have worn off. Has anyone else experienced this?

This will be my first post on these forums, it happens to be a question. I read JonPop's entire post and from what I understand, you're supposed to do this routine for 5 days straight and rest for 2 days? I'm no expert in PE and I'm very interested in doing this routine, but if you did this for 5 days straight wouldn't it be overkill? I've always thought, at least when lifting weights using your arms and legs, you should do 1 day on and 1 day off, giving your muscles adequate time to build up in between work outs. Obviously your penis is different than your arm, so that's why I'm making sure that I understand this correctly. I also know that everyone is different and JonPop was talking about "down days" which makes perfect sense. So am I correct in assuming that I should PE for 5 days in a row, and rest for 2 days? Unless I have a down day and then I should take that day off? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I want to make sure I know what I'm doing before I do it. Just trying to be better safe than sorry I have one more question just to clear up any uncertainties. I understand how to do all of these exercises, BUT this one part confuses me slightly. "Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the thigh. While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25) Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull." This is how I interpret this: You pull straight out (removing the stretch from your thigh, and directing the stretch straight out) and move your penis in a big circle moving left for 10 revolutions and then in a big circle moving right for 10 revolutions. Please tell me if I understood this correctly, if not please explain further. Sorry for all the questions, but this is a lot of stuff to learn starting as a beginner and, as I said before, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Overall I think this is an awesome site that I have stumbled across on and it has a great community from what I can see. I'd like to make a progress thread as soon as I become a little more PE literate and get this workout down. -iJelq
