Hi all, new member here just saying hey and wanting to ask a few questions. i have been peing for about a month using the beginners routine ( warm up stretch jelq and some kegels every now and then). i didnt think it would do anything tbh (i always thought that its purely genetics and theres nothing you could do to change the size of our most sacred tool) didnt notice any changes in the first 2 weeks but last week i measured myself (last week being the 4th week) and i noticed i had increased my girth by 0.3-0.4inches . my length however was unaltered (maybe increased by 1-2 mm at best...nothing noticable). from what i've read some ppl gain length easier than girth and vice versa i guess im a girth guy then, but i would like some length as well. i think the reason for my girth gain is cos i tend to get quite aroused when jelqing thus i end up jelqing at higher erection level (75%+). i have been getting gd PI from this though (my gains for starters as well as hornier and in my opinion harder erections) so i would like to keep my jelqing the way it is (as girth in my opinion is very important, possibly more important to me than length). any ideas of good length exercises i could try and/or how many reps/how long should i do it for?another question (sorry), when you measure your girth do you measure it near the head (not on it) or nearer to the base? from what i've read many guys aspire to have 6inch girth but is that 6inch girth at the base of the penis or nearer the tip (cos i've noticed that it tends to get wider nearer the base)? finally a girth question, since i think im a girth guy and gain it easier i was wondering if there are any other exercises i could do (apart from jelqing) to increase my girth even greater? any advice is greatly appreciated thanks all! |

Hello, I have gained a great deal on my 2 1/2 months Endeavour, by jelqing about 300 reps 3 times a week, and apply all day stretcher, I was 5.5 and I am 6.2 in erected length, the girth could be accomplished by jelqing in well erected mode, correct me if I am wrong but that is my understanding and it is working from me, nutrition, vitamins, hydration and physical exercise are crucial, hope I helped you. |

thanks very much eos, i shall try your jelq set routine. as for length i dont have a stretcher and tbh i prefer not to use something like that i was hoping more of a manual exercise such as the jelq than i could do that is particuarly gd at increase length. just a quick question about jelq as well, i am uncut and i have read that some uncut men hold their skin back with one hand...is this essential? iv noticed that at higher levels or erection i can engorge my penis with relative ease. thanks | |

Hey robot-x. Welcome to the PE Gym..(as long as you aren't a spambot. Hee) Don't worry about holding the skin back, your skin needs to also grow to accomodate length and girth growth. Do not try to Jelq with more than a 75% erection, this can lead to injury. For length, you must stretch, stretch. Jelqing will increase girth but very little length gains. AND, you measure girth at the mid point of your penis. (MSEG) JP
