When my wife who sees it all the time notices a difference, I think it works. I have never ever ever ever in all my life broken 7 inches on a ruler until after PE for almost a year. There is a visual change as well, it has gotten a bit veinier.
As to why I never toook pictures.. when I started, it never crossed my mind. I had found a beginner routine elsewhere, and by the time I came here, it was too late for before/after pics.
Hanging is a proven method, where the attatching ligaments are stretched, pulliing out a bit of the unattatched inner penis. Hangers will also point straight out more than up, that is not related to EQ, it's related to the suspensory ligament.
