My erections have started to feel "tired" as of about a week ago - this is a lot like the "tight" feeling I've described here in the past, but the tightness does not subside once I'm fully engorged. I also seem to be just fatigued and usually flaccid, not easily aroused. Some of this could be due to to anxiety and other mental junk. But I think I overtrained the week before last when I started experimenting with light squeezes and flaccid bends. I'm taking this week off and I'm going to do my best to refrain from masturbating so I can get back to normal soon. If I'm right about overtraining, it means that I discovered my limit. It really is a fine line. Is there anything I could do during this break to help? Ice or heat compresses? Anything?

HotRod: You may want to do some light masturbation after a few days (assuming things get slightly better). That aside, my guess is your erections will probably return to normal fairly quickly. What's your BPFSL like lately?

This isn't something that will help you improve over your week off but something that you should take for overall health and blood flow. You should look into some fish oil, this will help improve overall circulation. It's pretty cheap at walmart you can get like 1700mg pills for like $15 and the bottle lasts at least 6 months. I will be buying some L-Arginine powder at the end of this month to try out for 6 months to see how I like it.But enjoy the rest and just a little masturbation like Remek said but other than that chill out and hey its just a week -D1-

Thanks, guys. I'm thinking this will probably heal pretty quickly. I haven't measured my BPFSL in a while. I think it's about the same as last time I measured. I haven't really noticed anything change during my stretching routine.

I'm a little concerned that if you break this soon after just realizing gains, you may loose size. This has happened to me. I find the sooner I break after gains, the more likely I am to loose them. You might want to try static wrapping during your break. I tried this once and kept my gains. If you do loose, however, you should regain quickly. Just a thought...
