dude this slippage

I'm not even sure it is called slippage but man I'm getting ready to quit hanging if I can't get this wrapping down. Slippage is when my skin slids down over my penis head right? If so it hurts like hell. About 3/8s of the time I can get it on correctly and seem to hang as long as I want to. Sometimes I can last the whole 20 mins but it is extremely painful. I have a homemade bib hanger of PVC and a hose clamp with an ACE bandage of the tan color. This sucks. Like i said I am getting ready to quit and been doing it for at least 5 weeks. UGH!

I couldn't hang tonight...hopefully this doesn't mess up my routine. I'm sore and it hurts too much. My skin hurts. I'm going to turn to make a new hanger tommorow. any sugggestion of pvc size or the shape. any help would be appreciated.

I am not very familiar with hangers but I can tell u pain is never good in PE. Maybe go for some regular routine otherwise u can cause some serious damage.
