Just wanted to ask if gains on this program are permanent. I mean, if I reached my ideal length, and then stopped alltogether, would my penis stay that size?

Oh and also, does flaccid size improve as well? Because that's one of the areas that interests me the most. Thanks.

If you are talking in terms of years of p.e. practice, then yes, it is permanent. If you talking in terms of months of p.e. practice, then if you stop cold turkey, you will lose some of your gains but not all of them. You have to continue some kind of maintenance program, much like you would if you were body building.

Regarding flaccid size, I doubled my flaccid length. My flaccid girth is now very close to my erect girth. This took a few years to happen.

That is the same question I was wondering about, from reading I have seen two different answers. First I read some posts about cementing gains to make them permanent and second I have read some posts about a maintenance routine you have to do after reaching the size you want.

Basically my question is, can you make the gains permanent meaning afterwards you never have to do PE again or do you have to do a maintenance routine for the rest of your life?

Edit: Saw new posts, so basically you have to continue awhile after you reach your goal to cement the gains and then their permanent?

I don't think the answer is in yet on "for the rest of your life." I have been at it for 8 years this October. My cock is the same size I achieved after six months of p.e. I have, however, been practicing a maintenance routine since I made my big gains seven years ago.

I think "cementing" from my point of view, is more like making them "semi-permanent." You certainly have to follow some kind of maintenance routine not to experience some loss. But I have never gone more than a couple of weeks at the most without practicing a p.e. session during these seven and a half years, and I have no intention of stopping completely to find out.

Many people claim that the biological clock of the body is 2 years. For example if u are fat and then loose an extreme amount of weight u have to maintain and train for 2 years although u are at risk of getting fat again. After those 2 years have passed it is much easier to stay slim. I think this is the same thing with PE. U must not think of PE as something u will do for 3 months and then stop. PE is for healthier penis and if u stop exercising u may start to suffer from weaker penis, loss of EQ which leads to loss of girth and length. So my thoughts are that when u achieve the desired goal u must not stop with the light stretches in the shower and the 5 min jelqing sessions and definitely u must continue with kegels and edging because let's face it we want great erections forever!

Natural penis size can change for a variety of reasons and so is not permanent.

traction based PE "extending" is permanent. As in if you put in 3,000hrs for 1inch gain, you could never do PE again and always have the one inch gain.. it is actual new matter created and that isn't just going to disappear anymore than your entire penis would. Other types of PE might just be coaxing out some inner penis or lig stretches causing a superficial gain, but you'll want to maintain that with a daily routine.

I agree with HitraN ... to have consistent good quality erections is a good enough reason to follow a maintenance routine. I often get the impression that a lot of guys don't enjoy penile exercising and feel that it is a chore.
