 |  How long?
I have been PEing for one week yesterday and have already noticed my erections to be harder and healthier looking. I just wondered how long it took you guys to see gains in length and girth. |

Mike, it really varies depending on the individual. I think, on average, most guys see growth between 3 weeks - 3 months. But, again, it varies wildly. Some guys measure growth in 2-3 weeks, some take months. Improvement of erection quality definitely says you are on the right path. Just be patient and keep doing what you are doing.
