Default What is best for beginning girth exercises?

Tomorrow I will be incorporating some extra girth exercises into my routine. My EG is 4.25", which I'm really not satisfied with, so I want to find the best possible routine for increasing my girth as much as possible. In my most recent log I said I would be starting ulis, but after looking at remek's book I've realized that it is too soon for me to start those. He recommends to wait at least 3 months for the ulis. I've only been PEing for about a month and a half. So, I have decided instead to do five reps each of the squeeze, and the flaccid bend. Am I taking a risk by starting with both at the same time? Is that there yet another, more effective exercise I could incorporate? Please give any suggestions you may have. I am very eager, more so than anything else when it comes to my penis gains actually, to break the 4.5" girth barrier. Any suggestions or signs of encouragement from veteran and newbie PE exercisers alike are welcome. Thanks.

I am a patient man, I was not born that way, I became that way only after making and seeing some bad judgments calls
made at a moments notice when all the facts where still vague. Look through the posts and you will find where people
have injured themselves sometimes in their first week. Stick with your beginner routine and leave the advanced stuff for
the pro's. All of our time will come, just some will take more effort and patience than others. HT.

Unfortunately there is no magik in PE. And by what I saw here on pegym and in other forums "girth" takes time to increase. Even those who has more facility to gain in girth, also takes time. You really have to be patient.
Stick with the newbie routine, and continue doing the flaccid bends with 30% of erection. Well this is my advice. Hope it helps.

Default The flaccid bends.

I've only read about them, and will be attempting them for the first time tonight. So I'm no expert. But, they are a girth exercise done with about a 30% erection, in which you bend your penis over a couple fingers, in five different directions, for 30 seconds with each hold.

Here is the flaccid bends exercises link - The Penis Enlargement Gym - Flaccid Bend

Well what I do is an exercise almost like flaccid bends, I am not sure if it's it. But I think it's safe for newbyes after one month of PE to try.

here what I do - I get a 30% erection, then with one hand I make a normal OK grip around my base. and with the other hand I make the bends ( up, down, left and right ) and hold for 20 seconds. And everytime that I feel that my erection is increasing level I stop, letting it subside to 30 % level erection again and restart the exercise.

But if there are someone that disagree with me, please say it.
