JonPop, I was referring to the bit under which he put my name??? By the way if those gains are not BS that's pretty amazing what you have achieved, well done.
Hairtrigger seems to think I should start a new thread. Well we established early on that PE pill are a waste of money so we've move the subject on? Can't be bothered with him, he obviously thinks I don't have a job and can spend all day working out an amazing diet. He doesn't make much sense to me either so I suppose we are even.

Seem's like Triniwild is quite the expert. I think i'll take a look at some of his recent posts to learn more about his routine's.

Even if we eat well, it is still difficult to boost the body with 500% of the RDA of vitamins such as in the B complex.

Absolutely my point. Grab fast food. Open a box or a can throw it in the Microwave.
People that sit down to a home cooked meal are a rarity these days. We as a people are all undernourished, even though you couldn't tell by looking. Look at all the fat people, no disrespect intended, but the calories come from salt, fat and sugar.

JonPop ,I think you are opening up a whole new can of worms with that one. The question becomes, should you really be doing PE in the first place if you are THAT out of shape or unhealthy??? Eating healthy and keeping in shape should be the first priority before you get into PE.
Unfortunately; we live in the everything NOW society. I agree with you that supplements can play a role if some guys just can't get their diet right, but it's their health in the long run which they will pay the consequences. The decision is always a personal one.

O.K. Dr. triniwild. We will make every 18 year old, or anyone of any age for that matter, who comes to this site wanting to grow a larger penis, take a physical exam to see if they are healthy enough to undergo the rigors of Jelqing. Is this what you are saying?
Holy shit, buddy, you have gotten this thread so far off on a tangent that even I don't know what the hell is going on. in post #1, BlueOvalMan asked about penis pills, he was told that they are a waste of money as far as growing a larger penis. It was suggested that he take the supplements I recommend in the 90 day routine and then, YOU were the one who opened a can of worms. I am done with this thread.

You have made gains with Vimax and when you quit taking them your gains appeared to slow. Who am I to tell you not to buy them if they appear to be working? Usually the cost of these types of pills are a little ridiculous. If you can afford them and you see improvments please continue and keep us updated in your log. It could be one of the ingredients is more suited to your body, if you could single it out you could just buy that ingredient and save a ton of cash.

I realize your in your second month and still conditioning, try not to focus too much on gains at this point, they will come. Keep focused on refining your techniques to match your body. Adjust your routine if somethings not working, if that includes taking supplements, then so be it. The choice is always yours.
