Default BPFSL vs. BPEL & PE Gains

I'm rather new to this forum (3 weeks to a month) and I've been doing the exercises quite frequently whenever I can, several times a day.

Having read around the forum, I was quite surprised to find out that BPFSL was supposed to be longer than BPEL because it isn't the case for me. There is roughly a 1" difference with my BPFSL being shorter.

I have begun to see the gains in both length and girth but they seem to vary all the time. Whenever I find I have erections of EQ8+, my length measurement will be shorter than it was when last measured. (and Vice Versa)

Is this normal?

If you haven't noticed by now, penises are mysterious things. I would say that BPFSL is supposed to be longer than BPEL, only that it is usually the case. Having a shorter BPEL is somewhat of a perplexing thing, as you would think that if an erect penis can stretch to a certain point, a flaccid one should be able to do the same. We think the problem here lies in the relaxation of internal tissues, probably the smooth muscle. The SM normally relaxes with the production of nitric oxide during an erection. When relaxed it can stretch way beyond it's flaccid state. Generally, you should be able to "forcibly" stretch the SM tissues mechanically (with your hand.) There could be different factors preventing you from doing this, such as pulling too hard and eliciting a reflex (protect and retract response) or maybe you are simply unable to relax properly when stretching.

You might want to try apply a hot wet cloth for 5-10 minutes before measuring BPFSL. This could help the tissues to relax. Either way, it's not a huge deal.

As for your varying measurements; your tunica, which gives your penis support and structure, is kind of like a balloon made of collage nous tissues. It can stretch both longitudinally and laterally. The longer you stretch it the more narrow it becomes and vice versa. This is most likely why your length changes with your EQ.

As long as your erections are 8 and above, try focusing heavily on stretching. Don't for get to do a good warm up with hot cloths and a proper cool down while stretched.

Is this also the case if your BPFSL is .50"+ than your BPEL? Is the EQ level the determining factor in the TGC theory rather than the measurements themselves or is it a combination of the two?

Well, it's really a combination of the two that give you the whole picture. You can have great smooth muscle tone and if your tunica has been stretched beyond the capacity of your smooth muscle volume, then your EQ will suffer. If your BPEL and BPFSL are the same or very close, and you have no other health issues that might affect your erections, you should have great EQ.

So, more often than not, if the BPFSL is longer than BPEL the EQ is going to diminish without external supplements (say, L-Arginine, Viagra, or other things)? And if that's the case you focus on targeting the smooth muscle with girth exercises primarily to have it "catch up", in a way, to the tunica? ... Would this make your BPFSL shorten (say going from 7.5 bpfsl / 7 bpel to 7.25 bpfsl / 7 bpel) to help you figure out how far along you are, or is it just a matter of determining EQ w/o external supplements?
