Hello KP,
I just finished my routine for today..
Your routine feels great, I edge but didn't ejaculate..
I hope to see initial gains after a month or two..
My routine:
Warm-up 10-15 min
1st Stretching 35 secs hold(5 directions)
Helicopter Shakes 10 big circles
2nd Stretching 35 secs hold(5 directions)
Helicopter Shakes 10 big circles
V-jelqs 40 reps(10 reps x 4 sets)
Normal jelqs 40 reps(10 reps x 4 sets)
Edging 10 min
Kegels 60 reps(20 reps x 3 sets x 7 secs hold)
any suggestion KP and fellow PE'ers?

TwitterI just finished the JP90 routine and feel like my penis is pretty conditioned, although no gains. Would this routine be a good jumping on point, or does it serve basically the same function at JP90 and I should lead into a more advanced routine? Thanks for the info.

Twitterim curious as to why he recommends ejaculating at the end of every session, when it's been pretty much proven to slow down gains if you ejaculate right after PE?

Hey kingpole, I'm still a newbie, I've been PE-ing for 1 month with no gains whatsoever.
I do feel that the lambda jelq is the way to go(since you said that it increases BPEL faster) so I decided to try out your routine.
One question though: Can I cooldown after edging?(1-2 min while slightly stretching my penis outwards)
By the way, I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke and I rarely eat junk food.

I just started JPs beginner routine this week and my journal too. I'm ready to get serious on getting real gains.
I realise that it's not the same for all people, but over 2" in 6 months? Is that girth or length? could u be exact? but it's still amazing!!
Nwa, my goal actually comes down to increasing length by 2" and increasing girth by 1".
So what should i do? should i continue with JPs routine for 3 months? or start yours?

When I jelq downwards do I jelq the sides or the top and bottom of the penis?(If I jelq the top and bottom I feel a small pain at the end of a rep)
