I just finished the JP90 routine and feel like my penis is pretty conditioned, although no gains. Would this routine be a good jumping on point, or does it serve basically the same function at JP90 and I should lead into a more advanced routine? Thanks for the info.
Hey kingpole, I'm still a newbie, I've been PE-ing for 1 month with no gains whatsoever.
I do feel that the lambda jelq is the way to go(since you said that it increases BPEL faster) so I decided to try out your routine.
One question though: Can I cooldown after edging?(1-2 min while slightly stretching my penis outwards)
By the way, I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke and I rarely eat junk food.

I just started JPs beginner routine this week and my journal too. I'm ready to get serious on getting real gains.
I realise that it's not the same for all people, but over 2" in 6 months? Is that girth or length? could u be exact? but it's still amazing!!
Nwa, my goal actually comes down to increasing length by 2" and increasing girth by 1".
So what should i do? should i continue with JPs routine for 3 months? or start yours?
Once I have finished the beginners I would love to give it a go as I don't drink and don't smoke any way and eat pretty healthy might have some luck with it as kingpole and jonpop sound like the gurus around here
