Default Introduction and needing some help!

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum. My names Chris and I'm in college right now. I'm about 5.8'' but 6'1''.. just a little information why i want to PE.
Actually I think this is the first time i've ever posted on an online forum, but this place is really interesting.

So I started looking into this about a month ago... and I started doing the newbie routine for 2-3 weeks and I saw a .1 inch gain in length. Then I injured my foot, and took a break. However, during this time I still stretched during the shower etc.. and I noticed my penis head is starting to feel cold. I was having trouble getting a hard on for 2 days or so but after taking a one week break it got better. Now I can get boners just as easily as before.. but the head is still cold. Should I be worried? How long should I continue to take a break? I looked over the forum to find answers to my question but I couldn't find any. Any help would be great!

Penub welcome to Pegym. You over worked your dick im afraid and it sounds like you need a bit more rest from PE. When doing the newbie program keep in mind the you should not grip so hard. Keep the gripping level at lite grip. Like you were jelqing an egg and you dont want to break the shell.
Also don't grab the penis from the glans but just above when you stretch. And warm up before all PE activities.

To hasten the healing process take 120-240mg of standardised ginkgo biloba. Don't take ginkgo with asperin or other blood thinners and dont take it if you are a bleeder.

hey thanks a lot for the reply. I will refrain from doing PE exercises for awhile. I guess I gotta a little too excited about the exercises.

Where can I buy the herbs you mentioned? At the local HEB?
