Hi everyone, I will start with my stats. Age: 27 Height: 6' 3" Weight: 195lbs Bodyfat: <10% into fitness and healthy food Ethnicity: Half White, Half Pakistani The following measurements are in ranges because of variables such as temperature, measurement accuracy, and level of arousal. BPFL: 3"-5" FG: 4"-4.75" BPEL: 7.5"-8" EG: 5.25"-5.75" EQ Abstained Masturbation 45-75 minute session (1-2 Orgasms Per Week): 8-10 EQ General Masturbation 30-45 minute session (2-5 Orgasms Per Week): 7-10 EQ Over-Masturbation 15-60 minute session (8-16 Orgasms Per Week): 3-8 EQ With Women While nervous, drunk, unaroused, condom, or a combination: 1-6 EQ With Women While not nervous, drunk, unaroused, condom, or a combination: 7-10 If anyone asks me my size I say 8" x 5.75" because that is my maximum arousal bone pressed measurement. I did some PE about 10-12 years ago for about 6 months which may or may not have something to do with my decent size. I would say my biggest issues are my flaccid size and my erection quality, both of which are normally fine but are easily impacted by my anxiety levels. When I get the slightest bit nervous or uncomfortable both my flaccid size and erection quality go to shit. This is my main problem with women who I am almost never comfortable with the first time in bed and can almost never maintain an erection with while wearing a condom (nervous already and desensitized from condom). My goal with PE is mainly to improve my erection quality and size without injuring myself. I know that PE will not cure my anxiety and that it is a separate issue but it can only help. After all it is much harder to knock down a steel tower than a wooden one. |

I will be starting with the following routine: Warmup: 5-10 minutes of erect swinging kegels I find that if im on my knees on my bed and get an erection I can maintain the erection with no physical stimulation at all but by just doing light kegels while simultaneously swinging my erection. I can sometimes maintain an erection for upwards of half an hour with no stimulation other than the swinging+light kegel every 3-5 seconds. I can maintain this no physical stimulation erection alot longer on my knees slightly bent over (like doggystyle) then I can standing up or in another position where it is sometimes impossible to maintain the erection for very long with no physical stimulation. I like this exercise because I feel it is training my body to do kegels while erect with no stimulation and will thus boost my erection quality over time. Exercise: 10 minutes of Jelqing at 50%-80% erection with moderate pressure in variable 1-4 second strokes. Warmdown: Hot shower Im going to start by doing this 3x a week and pay attention to PI's. Let me know what you think of this routine. |

Your doing great but you need to get riock hard erections standing up, sitting, etc. So when you do do your kegels and swings apply a washcloth to your erection and bob that up and down. Large dicks like yours take a bit more time to get fully erect. I sould know, hehehehe! Do you plan on doing any jelqing in you routine?

Reason I'm asking is I'm 6 inches in length erect and wanted to know aproximately how much more I'll grow naturally before it stops.. | |

I think I stopped growing at either 17 or 18 in length. But I think ive gone from 5.5 in girth to 5.75 in girth naturally with no PE somehow over the last 10 years.
