How good are they? I do these in the morning when I get that boner, hold beneath the glans pull out to feel a good all round stretch. I do about 2-3 sets of 30-60sec holds. Anybody get results from these? |

Slanker, you are giving the Newbies bad advice. You DO NOT do ANY penis exercises with a full erection. This has been discussed for years.

I would think there would be little advantage doing any type of exercises above 60% erection. The lower the erection level the more expansion and stretch you get from your unit's tissues, this is what produces gains. As I have said before, If exercising at 90% erection level actually worked we all would have had 8X6's by the time we were 18 years old.
