Default Newbie question

I'm new to the site and just began PE. I finished my third workout of the beginner routine last night, but woke up this morning and had a couple drops of blood in my urine. I think I jelqued with too full of an erection, but I'm not sure. Has this happened to anyone else, if so, is it serious, and how much time should I take off before my next session?

What % of erection were you Jelqing with? On a scale from 1-10. You could have been squeezing with too much force. The recommended level is 40-60% for all beginner exercises.
Take a couple of days off, you have probably bruised your urethra.

I began with about 50%, but it probably got up to around 85%, which hadn't happened the first two times. I jelqued considerably longer the last time (10 minutes as opposed to 5 the previous two times). I was thinking it was an injury to my urethra as well. Feels a lot better today though, so I'll probably take another day off, then be more aware of my erection level. Thanks for the reply.

When you first start any PE routine there are two things you need to remember and do. The first thing is to make sure you get a good 10 minutes of warmup in along with some good quality stretches, and two, be extra gentle with your unit. Slowly increase the intensity over a two-three week timeframe, if you start off trying to gain everything in the first week you will injure yourself.

Take a few days off to be on the safe side and start again and stick with the 5 minutes at first and focus on your Jelqing technique and make sure your doing them correctly. As I have said before, the key to gaining is in your technique, not how many reps you can do. If you have any questions about Jelqing let me know.

I realize this is hard to qualitatively explain through a forum, but how much pressure should I apply while jelqing? I haven't experienced pain during jelqing, but obviously since there was blood in my urine, I'm probably doing it too intensely.

Just enough pressure with a light squeeze, to move the blood bulge up to the glans.
