Two questions...

After using my extender my penis gets all wrinkly. It's only temporary, but it can't be good on my looks in the long run.
My skin is a little more loose after using a stretcher for 2 weeks now, it looks like I'm doing foreskin restoration rather than penis stretching. OK, it's not that bad, but in the long run the skin on my penis will probably get very loose when flaccid.

What is there to do about it?

I'm sure a surgeon can fix it in 3 minutes, after all it takes only 15 minutes to get circumcised. Making a small "skin lifting" down there shoudn't be a problem nor leave any marks (more than the ones you get after circumcision).

I think you are worried about nothing. The skin stretching is a normal part of gaining size. The skin has to stretch or you would split your skin when getting an erection.
Keep doing PE and your flaccid size will catch up to youir skin. "Skin lifting?" (Good grief, what a thing to be worried about.)

Yeah I know, as I said, it's not a big thing, but still it's bothering me because girls have told me that I have a "beautiful" penis, and an unusually wrinkly one wouldn't do it anymore. Besides, I know that the skin is suppose to grow with the rest of the penis, but I have not yet seen any gains in my penis, but my skin is getting sloppier and wrinklier. So I can assume that if I continue like this, once I've gain an inch or two , there will be more skin than penis. It's natural to assume since I have more skin now after two weeks, but my penis isen't getting bigger...yet.

I think you are worried about nothing. People complain about stretch marks and such, but honestly who cares? try some vit E oil after a session and I am sure you will grow into the skin, but yeah man get over it. I think having a few stretch marks is worth having a bigger dick.
