Default Please help, I am very worried

Well, I made the mistake of jelqing while erect, without warmup or heat. I know I'm an idiot but I didn't read enough. Ionly tried gripping maybe 10 times in total or less.

Immediately after the exercise, I completely lost my erection. Now my penis seems to be limp and decreased in size while flaccid. As I was extremely worried, I tried to use lubricant and successfully had an erection and was able to ejaculate about 30 minutes after I jelqed.

I have a sore/burning kind of feeling along the left side of my penis (not the tip), vein seems to coming out on the left side. I'm extremely worried now. I'm still able to have an erection and ejaculate, but it just seems that my penis is more unresponsive and "smaller" while flaccid.

It's only been one hour but I am extremely worried if I will have this for the rest of my life. DO I HAVE ANY PERMANENT DAMAGE?!

Please help, and thanks in advance!

Relax man. I'm no expert on penile anatomy, but seeing that you managed to have an erection and jerk of within half an hour I would see that as a good sign that you have gotten yourself a temporary injury, perhaps a thrombosed vein.

The cure is to leave your penis alone untill it's healed, and maybe add some massage and heat wraps. Keep us posted and take it easy with your unit.

No PE for two weeks, Keep a warm wrap around it everyday for at least a half hour!!!!

Then get you little butt to the parmacy and pick up a bottle of standardised ginkgo biloba. Take 120 mg per day.

do not use ginkgo if you are a bleeder (hemophiliac). Do not take ginkgo with aspirin or coumadin (warfarin).

I assume you are saying ginko because of increased circulation? Arginine would help too
