Which way do you think one would see faster gains? Doing a high number of jelqs or a moderate amount with more intensity at a slower speed? I've been doing PE for about 6 weeks now and I've been focusing on slower jelqs with more intesity. (100 every other day at 3-5 sec each) Should I be doing more?...

I read somewhere (here maybe), or possibly the manual/cd that came with my SizeGenetics, that if you want to gain girth then you simply need to make a TIGHTER grip, not lighter. Is there a contradiction here? |
