Hey guys,
Im a couple of days into serious PE, let me know what you think of my routine.
Its simply JPs 90 Day...
10 minute warm up with a home made rice sock (Cost next to nothing and much better than a washcloth!)
Stretches as per JPs 90 Day
150 Wet Jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs
Warm down in a nice hot (not too hot of course) bath with 10-15 minutes of Bathmate which i just bought
Overall it takes about 45-55 minutes
I have been doing this for 2 days so far and am thinking 2 on 1 off, any other thoughts about that?
I have also edged both nights so far, i couldnt resist lol. Is that too many, im going to only try and edge a few nights a week.
