Start to Masturbate while squeezing your PC muscle a lot, short fast squeezes, (aka) Ballooning, try to get to a 100% erection, take your time, dont try to get to the edge so fast. Once you come to the brink of orgasm then squeeze your PC (Regular Kegal) muscle long had hard (Edge) which puts you at a 100% erection while simultaneously placing your OK grip at the base of your penis to trap that huge amount of blood and perform a (Uli), palms up or down, I do up grip though for me or whatever feels good at that time. Then push forward a about .5-1", if you cannot dont worry about it just do the Uli squeeze. Hold for 30 seconds. After the Uli this will put you at about a 80-85% erection. After you hold the Uli, do a (Dry or Wet Jelq) with the hand that was holding the Uli, all the way to the glands, the milk should last 10-15 seconds, then hold it at the top right under the head for another 10 seconds while pumping your PC muscle (Kegale) rapidly as you do the Jelq, as well as the squeezing really hard under the head. Your shaft will become greatly engorged then your head once you get to the last 10 second hold under the head. Repeat 10-20 times. Total workout time 30-45 minutes or until you want to stop

put on extender for 2 hours 2-3 hour break
put back on for a good 2 hours
when i got home i warmed up and put heat with rice sock and extended for another 1 hour
took a break warmed up for 15 minutes and finally tried the supra super slam!
what a great work out!! ballooned for 15-20 min and did the supra slams

Twittertoday i had the extender on for 5 hours. every 2 hours take a 1-2 hour break
i had trouble with the extender because my dick head got numb a few times and so i had to adjust the tension, which was annoying.
befor i put on the extender i warmed up for a good 20 minutes. did some manual stretches, 25 kegel stretches in 4 directions. 20 circle stretches. then extender..
end of the night i warmed up for a good 20 minutes again with a rice sock.
jelqed for a good 10 minutes.. the jelq session was excellent.. i felt my shaft and dick bulging and feeling like its gettin thicker.
i took a 30 minute break. noticed that my dick was still full of blood so i decided to balloon and edge.. balloon and edge lasted 20 minutes this time i didnt cum! i noticed when i cum at end of a pe session. i feel that i lose erections during the day.

Twitterso today i mixed a few things around. i started with JPs workout routine first with a 20 min warm up
end of jp routine i ballooned for a good 15 minutes
warmed down for 8 minutes
and then use extender at medium tension as it is still my first month and doing a lighter stretch.
i do this because i think instead of the penis being shrunk after a real hard workout, why not extend it to a medium tension to build a nice fat flaccid.
i will extend today for 4 hours 1 hour on 30 min break

Twitterit depends, sometimes when im sitting down it will be extending down. every few 10-15 minutes i move it up or to the side.
its best if ur lying down on your back to keep it up towards ur belly button. when standing just let it hang.
