    my flaccid has been looking real great so far. i think its a good idea to mix A light Version of JP workout plan with the extender. but only at a medium tension after doing JP workout.

    im probably going to do JP workout twice a week. and do regular stretches and 10 min jelq and fully extend 3 times a week.

    end of those workouts Edgeing and ballooning! i noticed some temporary gains today and a nice hang and full blooded dick from doing JP light workout, balloonin for 15 minutes then extender at medium tension for 1 hour and 30 min break for total of 4 hours.

    taking a break today. woke up with the most hardest erection, wish my girl was over to get poked by it!

    early in the morning today warmed up for 10-20 minutes

    stretched with circle stretches. jelqed only for 5 minutes. finished with a 5 min ballooning

    put on extender to keep penis extended and filled with blood.

    took off and put on extender every 1 hour with a 30 minute break.. simple routine

    taking a break tomorrow. i measured today!

    6.9 inches!!

    I have my own routine, bu I'm thinking about adding the extender like you have for 2-3 hours after each session, but don't you think it may be considered as overtraining? How's your dick feel after pe and after younextend it for a couple of hours?

    no i just put it at a low extended state on the extender to keep it stretched and heal extended. my dick feels much more fuller. i dont extend over or near my erect size. it grows by its self.. its different for everyone. you just have to feel and understand your body clues.

    Hello defjam003 how long you practice penis enlargement?

    Excuse me ignorance, is that I have my extender and a x4labs phallason, but I'm still a beginner, and some say the first 6 months only jelq is best and then start the use of extenders, some say already that you can extenders to use even though rookie

    like i said, this is my first 2 months coming back since like augest 2010. i just completed a 100% hard working full 1 month so far. i noticed alot of changes im not going to measure until the end of september. but i measured like 2 weeks ago and gained like .2 inches in length u can even see that in my pictures. i went from like 6.6 to nearly creeping to 7 in. and i never count BONEPRESSED because that shit doesnt count..

    after extending for total 4 hours a day. 2 hours on 1 hour or couple hours during day as a break and put on again for another 2 hours.
    end of the night before sleep i warm up for 15 minutes with a rice sock while im reading or doing my work. i Do 2 minutes of V-Jelqs and 2 medium to light squeezes at a 60-75% erection and another 2 minutes v jelqs and another 2 squeezes and finish off with 100% erection, basically ballooning for 5-10 min. <----- this helps to build more blood into the penis to grow larger.

    kegel while u balloon! its helps growth and edge to point of no return no more than 3 times untill u feel like ur dick is conditioned enough... if u end up Cuming (ejaculating, u basically F***ED up ur whole routine) <----Overtrained...

    this is basically my knowledge that i accumulated since 2009 through trail and error. All i can say is that everyone is different and this is whats working for me and helping me Increase my Size and performance in bed..

    this is basically a new routine that i feel like i know its going to work for 3 months.. after that 3 months i will start using the ULI, harder Squeezes, some other intense stretches. and probably start to increase the tension and use it for a longer period of time.
