my flaccid has been looking real great so far. i think its a good idea to mix A light Version of JP workout plan with the extender. but only at a medium tension after doing JP workout.
im probably going to do JP workout twice a week. and do regular stretches and 10 min jelq and fully extend 3 times a week.
end of those workouts Edgeing and ballooning! i noticed some temporary gains today and a nice hang and full blooded dick from doing JP light workout, balloonin for 15 minutes then extender at medium tension for 1 hour and 30 min break for total of 4 hours.
