I would have to believe that you are going to thicken the ligs - thereby restricting future gains.
You can have tough ligs and make maximal length gains as long as you train each aspect maximally. The ligs get tougher when the muscles attached to them contract against resistance (like with stamina work). Most stretching exercises require that you perform them completely passive- i.e.- no contractions.
There are some PNF style stretching exercises that require a contraction phase, but the end result is still a maximal stretch. There's a penis enlargement exercise known as "PNF stretches for the penis" that functions on these principles.

Hmm, i do a real slow stretch that was taught to me by Going411 you stretch so slow your dick does not percieve it is being stretched. I often get a kickback doing this. Im wondering if i should add a long hard BC kegel to this?

You can stretch for 10-20 seconds, contract for a couple of seconds (while holding the stretch), then stretch again for another 10 seconds or so. Try it- you should be able to get a little more length on the stretch right after your contraction.

So how much force should you use when stretching and for how long should I hold for how many sets? Coming from a hard gainer.

I've heard that it is OK to stretch and then do a Kegel as long as you only stretch enough to let it pull back. But, I also heard you should not kegel and then stretch. The muscles are very sensitive and could be strained. Does this seem to have any merit?

I have tried to refrain from using any contraction during my stretching but it seems my ligs are thickening anyway. I massage the top of the shaft hoping this will keep it to a minimum, I suppose this will be a hurdle for all of us to overcome eventually.

Hmmm, I thought that kegeling while stretching is ok, but that it's risky to stretch and do a reversed kegel at the same time?

The PNF stretch is an advanced exercise and should only be attempted if you have a few months of training under your belt. Use very light pressure to begin with. Work up in intensity slowly each workout.
