I've been doing PE for almost 2 weeks and reading up for more info on this site as well as a couple others but like this one the best. Beginning Stats: 45 y/o BPEL: 7.125" EG: Base 6.125" Mid Shaft 6.0" Just Below the head 5.875" I'm doing the following routine: 5 - 10 minute warmup with a heating pad 3 sets of 30 second stetches in all direction with a 30 corkscrew stretches after each set 200 - 300 Wet Jelqs I do kegels thru out the day (While driving, sitting at my desk, watching tv etc) usually sets of 100 in varying rythms. A set of stretches whenever I shower in the morning or after a regular workout. I've been going 2 or 3 days on and then a day off (still do the kegels and shower stretches on off days). Trying to watch for the signs of too much stress but all is going well so far. Also I'm taking 50mg of zinc and 25 mg of DHEA each day. My penis curves up when erect and I was just wondering if PE may straighten my penis with the workouts, not that I want to straighten out, in fact I'd like to keep it curved the way it is lol. Will jelqs even out my girth from head to base? I plan to stick with this above workout for at least 30 - 90 days then maybe add in 1 or 2 more exercises here or there. My Goals: (Does this sound realistic?) Overall better penis health (Erection Quality, Stamina, Quicker recovery and stronger orgasms) its good now but there's always room for improvement. Short term - BPEL 7.5" EG 6.5" Long term - BPEL 8.0" EG 7.0" Last edited by trophy1; 10-14-2008 at 11:14 PM. |

Sounds like a good solid routine. The exercises you are doing are not likely to "straighten out" your penis curvature but could help even out your girth, but this is really dependent on your technique. Your goals sound realistic if you are persistent. Keep us updated!

Trophy1 I have found the best way to even out the entire penis shaft, you might want to start about 1" above the base and jelq from that point. I have also done reverse jelqing starting just below the head and ending at the base.

Hi guys, thanks for the responses. I plan on taking new measurements the 1st of each month. I'll keep the idea in mind the ides about modifying the jelq. Noticing some benefits already, higher quality erections and a more forceful ejaculation, figured the kegels are starting to have some effect, also showing a little more vein definition.

I took some new measurements this weekend and am at 7.375 BPEL for a .25 gain in length. Not sure if it was just a harder erection than the base measurements but definatly heading in the right direction, no real difference in my girth measurements. I plan to keep plugging away with the same routine. I did mix in a few V jelqs for a bit of a change in pace. I picked up some L-Arginine today, 500mg tablets, on the bottle it says take 2 tablets 3 times daily. Considering that I'm already taking Dhea and zinc, I was thinking of going a bit lighter on the L-Arginine. Any opinions? |

Took some new measurements tonite. At 7.5 BPEL and maybe about an eigth of an inch gain on EG. I have incorporated O-Bends into my routine for the past month also have bumped up the Wet Jelqs to 400 and bumped up the stretches to 4 sets at 45 seconds. I'm almost at 90 days of PE, think I'm going to ride this same workout for a while as long as I keep getting gains. I'll be travelling alot over the holidays so I may not be able to keep my workout schedule but plan to do some shower stretching and kegels till I get settled back in after the holidays. Have a good Holiday everybody!! |
