Default Gained by rest-week!

Well, I was doing my everyday routine and I noticed when jelqing that something was wrong. I could not get a good erection, maybe not a erection at all. Hm I thought, and started on my stretches. I could see easily that my glans was much smaller than normal, and then i measured my stretch it was a centimeter shorter than it used to be. I decided to take a rest week.

Now I got my good erection back, PLUS i got that extra 0.5cm I have waited so long for. I`ve been plateuing for a while, but after whis break I just gained. I`m happy I knew about those negative PI`s!

Hell yeah. But really, I didn`t think that 150 jelqs would be too much, after doing my routine every day for over 3 months.. I started out with 40 reps, then went to 80, then 150, and it was just too much.

That might have been your problem. You were doubling your exercise; try only adding 10 reps per day or every two days to start off with. If you go from 40 jelqs to 80 jelqs, it may seem like you are doubling your routine, but in fact you are tripling it or even more - only the last 10-15 of those initial 40 reps were probably real workout jelqs, while the rest is just warm-up. So when you jump to 80 jelqs, you are going from 10 real jelqs to 50 real jelqs. It's hard to explain, I hope I was clear.

I got it. Would you guys begin with 40 reps again, if you were me?

What are negative PIs...? or PIs in general

Lets start with some definite Negative PIs;
-pain
-decreased nite and morning wood
-decreased hardness of erections
-numbness
-discoloration
-loss of size

Now for the definite Positive PIs;
-larger flaccid hang lasting all day
-increased nite and morning wood
-increased hardness of erections
-increase of normal size

Neutral PIs;
-temporary penis contraction after a PE workout
-redness
-spotting
-slight achyness in your penis
-increased size temporarily, a few minutes to a couple hours
-edema in the penis skin
