Default Will start PE again

Hi

I have take a break from PE ( 1,2 month)

I will start with a mild routine but many people on Thunders seems to unlike the newbie routine.

So I will try this one http://www.lpsg.org/95782-free-clas...pe-routine.html

What do you think about it ? Or do you think it's better to use Thunders routine?

Regards

I wrote that routine so I'm kind of partial to it

It's a standard controlled basic routine designed to get your penile strength up and to familiarize you with the basic movements. If you have previous PE experience you can consider doing a low volume version of some of the more advanced routines.

You can adjust your routine as you see fit, but a general layout for the basic routine can look like this:

Weeks 1-2: M, W, F

Weeks 3-4: M, T, Th, F

Weeks 5-6: M, T, Th, F, Sat
