Default Still dont know what Kegel is ?

Okay I read everything, but I still can't figure it out.... everyday when I do this excersize I just clench my butt together is that right way of doing it ?

Try doing the exercise with an erection. The goal should be to consciously raise your penis. You'll be able to feel the muscle between your anus and scrotum contract. When you can do that, then you'll know you're doing it right.

netsfan, the idea is not to clench your butt together. You know when youre pissing and you stop your piss? You contract a muscle called the Pubococcygeal Muscle. Keep doing those contractions with an erection. That's the point of the exercise. You will feel contractions between your anus and testicles.

OMG.. that worked, well I was doing it wrong, I was flexing my ass, when I did it correctly nothing happened to my arse, but somewhere underneath my testies... THANKS!!!

This is another kegel altogether, clinching your ass. This is called a PC kegel. What Big Al described is called a BC kegel. Do both at the same time.
