Talking Ballooning 101

Ballooning is a bit different from Edging. In some cases is better than edging, gets you even more erect becuase your penis stays at it max for a longer period of time. But ballooning takes time to master. Unlike edging you can not cum at the the end of the session. And by not cumming you have a thicker longer flaccid hang the next day and your as horny as hell.

1: Find the magic spot, this is is usually located on the top of the penis near the pit.
gently rub in circular motions this should get you erect, really erect.

2: At the same time your going to do reverse kegels, sort of like farting, this is called anal breathing. You do this to the rhythm of the motion your making on the magic spot. (but don't accidently do this )

3: You can rub the sides of the shaft but rubbing the underside of the glans and frenulim is forbidden. I do it anyway it gives me a even bigger erection. And the dry orgasms from this forbidden rub are stratispheric. But your not suppose to the forbidden rub or Dr. Linn who is a quack by the way will do something bad to you.

4: You can do this for hours takes longer to get to the point of no return becuase there is little stroking involved. Some guys dont get the concept of the sweet spot so they stroke anyway.

Great thread, KP. Many men have also found that ballooning is helpful for stopping premature ejaculation.

It may actually be easier for some men especially with PE to master ballooning than edging, because very stimulation of the freulim and bottom of the glans is used. With edgin concentration on the lower shaft is predominate. With ballooning the magic spot and sides of the penis is stimulated. Sometimes i combine edging and ballooning skills.

This is probably a dumb question but the pit is on top my head, where I ejaculate from?

Tycoon, it can help and it can hurt. A lotof people rush masturbation. Whether you just want to cum, or your afraid of getting caught. Quick masturbation trains the body/mind to cum quickly. If you do it, take your time. Make a game out of it... see how often you can masturbate in a day without cumming. Practice your reverse kegels. Etc.

Like anything, there is a right and wrong way. In this case though... Both are fun!

Seriously I just can't understand/do reverse kegels. Can someone explain them to me? I know it's the same movement you do when you're trying to fart or taking a dump but every time I try to do a reverse kegel I feel I'm tensioning my abdominal muscles.

At the base of your penis (root) on top there is a little grove. You stick your ruler there to get a BP measurement.

im sorry but you didnt say what balooning actually does. dose it improve length gains? girth gains? ect. what is the whole point in this exersize? remek said that its good for pre-mature ejaculation, is this all its good for?
