I want to avoid having the vein bunch up at the head with my foreskin. I can go easy on the exercises now but eventually I know I will want to increase the intensity, and this vein is like a wall to progress. I can do jelqs with different angles and pressures and such to relieve pressure on it, but again, I want to be able to ramp up the intensity when the time comes. For now I'll just stay taking it easy and reading my body cues, but has anyone who is further along in PE encountered and/or overcome this issue??

That vein may be a blessing in disguise- a kind of limiter to ensure that you're not doing too much too soon. Whenever you ramp your intensity it's a good idea to do so gradually. As your intensity increases your penis (and veins) are going to get stronger, so your vein should be able to take it unless there's some structural deficiency.

Thanks Big Al, I appreciate the vote of confidence. I hope there isn't some sort of "structural deficiency"

I will post again with progress in a month or so.

Just posting to say that after almost two months of PE, my first little red spot has appeared on the glans. That says to me that PE is working! I'm super stoked.

Can you over train when doing PC exercises? When I do them I usually just keep going till the muscles tightens up and can't take anymore. I do this assuming the PC/BC is like any other muscles in the body and look to push myself to the limit, like I would if I was training in the gym.

After doing the exercise the whole area around my penis aches. Is this normal and healthy?

You can overwork the PC/BC muscles just like any other muscle. I would say that as long as you give yourself enough time to recover, like one would in traditional weight lifting, then it should be OK. So long as it's just muscle soreness and not pain then it should be all right.

Hello

I need some help about an injure i have.So ,i started PEing about 1 month ago. After my 4th session (1 day on 1 day off) Strained ligaments occured(sorry for my english). The next day i had some small pains at the base of my penis but normal or better erections.I let it rest for 2 days and then i exercised again. After that, and for about a month ,i don't have morning erections most of days. But if i wake up and go to pie and then sleep again, when i wake up again many times i will have erections.I haven't exercised my penis during this month. The exercises i was doing were stretches and jelqs.

So,what i should do?Any advice would be helpfull.

Sorry for my english again,i hope that you will understand what i wrote.

thank you.

zarprap, are you feeling any pain after your break? A loss of morning wood isn't necessarily a sign that you're injured in this case since you mention getting noctural erections (which I think is more important than morning wood).

Question: are you masturbating/ejaculating more regularly now? If so, this could effect your morning wood.

Thanks for your answer Keido.

If you mean if i feel any pain after my last session,(1 month ago) no i don't.Just the first days after the last session i was feeling a pain at the base of my penis.

No, i didn't meant that i have noctural erections.I'll give you an example.Let's say i sleep at 01:00.Some times i will wake up at 05:00 with no erection at all. Then go to pie and sleep again. When i wake up again(let's say at 09:00),many times i will have an erection.I hope i described it right this time.

One more thing that i didn't mention is that, during this month,i wake up most of nights to go to take a pee.Something that i wouldn't do before, because i wouldn't wake up with the need to pee.

To answer to your question , i masturbating/ejaculating at the same frequency or less.I even stop masturbating/ejaculating for about a week but i didn't see any progress..
