What is your EQ like during the day? What you described sounds like nocturnal erections to me (getting erections when you're asleep). Have you been doing kegel exercises?

I'm not sure this is the best thread on which to post this, but I wanted to bring this info to everyone's attention. Q: I know there is very solid evidence that male circumcision (MC) markedly reduces men’s risk of HIV, but does it reduce the risk of other STIs? A: Yes, not only for the men but for their female partners also. For example for men, evidence from but one of the recent MC randomized trials found it reduced the risk of genital herpes (HSV-2) as well as human papillomavirus (HPV) the virus largely responsible for cervical and penile cancers. For women, in addition to reduced exposure to HPV, the same study also found a decreased risk of genital ulceration, trichomonas and bacterial vaginosis. Thus MC has important reproductive health benefits for both men and their women partners beyond the reduced HIV risk for men. References: Tobian AA et al. Thanks for your answers again Keido. I didn't understand you question.EQ is erection quality right? What you mean during the day?The only thing i can tell you is that when i masturbate(if you mean that) my penis feels a little loose.A little more than before.I can't describe it exactly. About kegels.Since my last session(one month ago) i've done some kegels. But only a small amount and random.Only 10 -20 once a week or less.Nothing important. |

By the "during the day" I was inquiring about your arousal levels when you're awake / when you masturbate. If they're good levels and you don't have trouble achieving an erection, if you haven't felt any pain and your EQ is a good level you might want to consider starting up a light PE routine to see how your penis responds. Say, 5 minutes of light jelqing and periodically add time on to that if your penis responds positively to it. You also may want to start up a good kegel routine; this should help with your EQ and morning wood overall. Here's the erection scale to check what your EQ is: 10 - Raging rock-hard 09 - Very hard 08 - Hard 07 - Mostly Hard 06 - Somewhat Hard 05 - Semi Hard/ Semi Soft 04 - Somewhat Impotent 03 - Mostly Impotent 02 - Impotent 01 - Completely Impotent

Ok. I don't think i have trouble achieving an erection and i don't feel any pain(maybe a little tired??see at the endd of my post). When i masturbate , i think my EQ is 07-08.Mostly 08 i think. I was asking all these questions , not because i want to start PEing again , but because i was a little afraid and i thought i may have to see a doctor.Do you think that i must go to an urologist or something? One more thing.I masturbated today and yesterday or the 2 days ago , and i feel a little bit tired around the base of my penis today. What do you think about that? Thank you very much again. |

I don't know what a urologist will be able to tell you other than "give it time to heal". If you're really worried you should see a urologist, but perhaps you should give it more time to heal and see if it improves. If this is a ligament injury then it will take longer to heal than a month, I believe.

So you think that i should wait let's say one more month to see if it improves, and then thinking of going to a doctor?

Yeah, I'd say so. If anyone else here has any input though it would be good to heed their advice; I'm not exactly an expert on this. Your EQ seems alright and you haven't had any pain since your original injury though, so I think it's safe to say it's just a matter of letting it fully heal on its own at this point.
