Default supplements?

just wanted to know. Is it REALLY necessary to use supplements as well?
Can you still make gains without them?

I am not a seasoned veteran or anything, but I have been reading a lot about the topic. I am sure it is not impossible to make gains without supplements, but using supplements speeds up the recovery process. Thus, it allows you to recover from the workout session sooner than without them. Not sure if you played sports or anything, but when you think about an athlete they take supplements after working out to speed up the healing process. By taking the supplements it gives nutrients to your body that you are not able to consume through just eating food.

However, if you have a well balanced diet, it could have the same effect as taking supplements. In addition, eating right is just a good habit to get into. Plus getting a nice 6 pack in addition to getting a bigger dick will definitely make women go crazy, and build self-confidence.

Hope this was informative,

Well, today I bought the supplements that were suggested in the 90-Day Routine. Funny thing is each supplement prefers you take one tablet with a meal. So, would it be alright to take each supplement one after another with a meal?
