Stick with the same routine until you stop seeing gains. Heck, I am still on this routine: Every other day, light stretching, 160 wet jelqs.

Have fun!

I just added several exercises to my routine. It's been one month of PE now for me, and I've seen some very minor gains. My erections are a lot harder. I've gained maybe a slight 0.10 inch in girth size, and I tiny tiny tiny amount of length.

My routine is pretty intense for only 1 month of PE. But I think it's for the best. If I turtle after working out, it's too much.

So when should you advance? When you feel like you should. I'm going to be advancing my routine every month. You know in the ''Guides -> Advanced Exercises'' section of this website, you can add exercises after how many months youve been doing PE. I've added all the ones I could after 1 month. I'm still using the 90 day routine as a base, but I've added those exercises.

Good luck. (Dont forget to jelq very mildly.)

The 90 days is a conditioning in the beginners guide, but there are time I think that some guy need to take it to the next step in exercises. If you feel that you have conditioned your penis correctly then try the advanced exercises, "But" take it easy with the exercises. If there is any chance that you feel that you are hurting from these exercises then "stop".
