    Hey Everybody,

This is my first post. I took up Jp's 90 day beginner routine back in June and have been pretty consistent with it barring a two week family vacation at the end of August. After not noticing any results after the first two months I wasn't concerned thinking eventually I would see some growth. I am now at approximately 4 months and have finally decided to measure. I have gained a 0.25 inch in length 0.15 in girth since I started, which seems very minimal to me. Am I being impatient? Should I switch up the routine at this point? Hanging? I'd appreciate any advice.

On a different note, I find the stretching has made my penis more flexible, and in turn has made sex that much more enjoyable except for the fact that I have less control over holding my load back. It also feels like my penis isn't as consistently rock hard anymore either, anything wrong here?

    Thanks

Those are decent gains for 4 months, especially gaining in both girth and length. You could increase your reps a bit or add in some intermediate exercises, but if you're gaining it's not necessarily needed.

Have you been doing the kegeling in JP90? If you're having stamina or EQ issues you could add in reverse kegels and increase your reps on that a bit.

this isnt a magic bullet, you gained more in your first 4 months then I did. have hope, which will give you persistence, which is key.

great gains, you are being impatient though, the JP90 routine is only used to condition yourself, you shouldn't expect to gain from it at all, but you did

If rum, coffee, or a nap doesn't cure it then it's serious!

rep point for avatar and comment.... I think those are good gains...r kegels very important during jp or can u skip the kegels? if both stamina and eq are ok.

and does the gaining speed up after the conditioning or does it stay steady?

Alright thanks for the replies, I'll definitely continue to PE. Maybe I'll try another routine for some variety.

I would add some advanced exercises if needed. But if the routine you are on (JP's basically) is working, then don't stop. No need to change something that is working. You apparently have good genes to growth as I do which is why are you gaining a little more than the average man so count that as a blessing and thank your ancestors. Nice work, keep it up.

Try doing the straight out, up, downs and to the left and rights bundled. Did a hell of a job for me. You are gaining more than you think. At the rate you have gained so far that could be.75 at the end of a year. It is a slow process but well worth the gains. Stay the course my freind and you will be a happy camper.
