I just had a scarey moment. I read quik's post76 in his Journey thread, and was stunned. I have been doing exactly as he did, reviewing the work of xenolith, Shiver and MX, and reaching the same conclusions. I guess hitting the wall forces everyone to reconsider their path. I began PE with no expectations, but prepared to work long and hard to make it work. For better or worse, I followed the path of the biggest gainers, bib, motlissif, and DLD, who all pretty much worked at it every day. That's what I've done, relentlessly pulled and squeezed very nearly everyday for three and half years, gaining 5.6cm in length and 4.3 in girth. The work load has become daunting, and the gains have dried up. All my length gains came from manual stretching, with a belt wrapped around my wrist and my foot hooked in the belt to push. I recently gave this up to try hanging, because of the toll it was taking on my wrists and shoulders. Sitting with a hanger doing the work was easy but unproductive. I started with 7lbs and added one pound every five days, hanging three or four sets a day, until I reached 20lbs. No fatigue, no nothing. So despite everything that has worked for me in the past I'm on my taking my first deconditioning break as I type. Two weeks with no PE at all... it has NOT been easy. So, I have a very well conditioned penis, if I could find a way of attaching a cable I bet I could pull an ocean liner into dock with it. I'm thinking of a two month break, (not sure I can go longer than that, I don't know what to do with all this spare time). Open to all opinions and advice. Thanks John. |

John, I think a lot of people fall into the same pitfall with you and quick. It's easy to see the big gainers: Bib, DLD, etc all using high intensity... so you automatically think high intensity will get you gains. Unfortunately, it often doesn't work that way. Not for me. And not for you guys either. I think you're on the right track with the 2 month break. Heck, you say you're penis is extremely conditioned, so I'd go with a 3 month break. You may want to try an IPR routine after that. Good luck! |

Like quik, I never found a heated wash cloth worked for long enough, so I abandoned the warmup altogether after the first month or so. If heat is an important element, which I'm now considering it to be, how can I implement it? I operate in stealth mode, and running the hot water in our house would wake (or at least alert) everyone. I tried a hair-drier, it very quickly can raise the temp to 40C +. Easy to direct the heat where you need it, and always ready, so long as you have your hands free, (hanging). Has anyone tried it? Do you think following xeno's version of IPR, that 5 or 6 workouts and ADS is enough stimulation? Has anyone tried this and got more than a small increase in length. I haven't gained any BPEL for a while, but my BPFSL did continue to gain for quite a while longer, it's now 23.7cm, 3.2cm over my BPEL. I had hoped the gap would close and the greater flaccid length was a sign of new growth, but it didn't come. Has this been other peoples experience? It wouldn't be the end of the world if I can't get past this plateau, but I want another inch. I've put girth work aside while I chase length, but the IPR theory is so different to what I'm used to, I'd like someone who's made it work confirm that so little work can produce results. |

Quick got a good gains (actually, his only gains) with a light IPR routine. I also made some good gains with an IPR routine. Many others have too. Try a moist heating pad or an infrared light for the warm up. Last edited by remek; 04-09-2007 at 02:49 AM. |

Did you follow the IPR routine as xeno layed it out, or another version? How much did you gain? |
