Default Gains without Devices and Hanging

I've been reading through the forums for over a month and have now been manually PE'ing for close to 3 weeks. This site is an incredible resource and I want to start by sharing my appreciation for everyone's work to compile the information on this site.

On to my question... Can significant gains be made by following a manual routine such as the 90-day routine stickied at the top of the forum and then adding intensity and advanced manual exercises as required to gradually increase the stress on the penis? Or are devices and hanging eventually required after a certain amount of gains?

I know there may be no clear cut answer to these questions, but I'm wondering whether there have been PE'ers who have gained around 1 inch or more in length and girth without eventually having to use devices and would really appreciate opinions from the PE veterans whether such is possible/likely without devices.

Almost all of my gains were from manual exercises too. I did a small amount of hanging along with some ADS work, but 90+% of the time it was pure hands.

Yes! You understood everything. Start with the 90 day beginner routine. After the first month, see how your penis responds to it. If you experience neutral PI's and if you feel that your penis is under a lot of stress, then just stick with the same routine for another month.

If after the first month you feel that your penis can take more stress, you can add advanced exercises as you go.

For me, it's been 1 month and a half. After the first month, I added 2 new exercises to my 90 Day beginner routine. Penis Enlargement Gym - Advanced Exercises

Scroll down and look at the exercises you can add after every month.

Make sure you listen to what your penis tells you. Be smart about it. Patience is the key. You dont wanna injure yourself. And no, you don't need devices unless you're very advanced. Then you can start hanging.

I used an extender for a good many months, and saw nothing but an improvement in EQ. I personally think those extenders are a crock.

Since I've started manual exercises, improvement has been much better, even exponentially better: gained some size and a whole heap of EQ.

Thank you all for your input, it's really encouraging to hear that I can make good gains by simply using manual exercises and dedication. I try to keep my PE as private as possible and devices would be hard to explain to the girlfriend/friends/etc., not to mention hanging sounds quite risky. Anyway, I'm going to keep working at it and will keep you guys updated on any results!

Cernunnos I also used an extender for 7 weeks. I worked up to 7 hour days, but most were closer to 3-4 hours a day. I didnt even have EQ improvement. I got pretty annoyed, I mean when you sacrifice this ammount of time on PE and get not even a 1/4 inch you begin to ask is it worth it. I searched through an extender forum, I found a guy who claimed to have done 8 hours a day for a year and only gained a 1/2 inch! That is WAY off what those extender calculators estimate! They are wrong, they just get peoples hopes up!
I do wonder if there is anything to them, personally I think even with extenders rest may be a factor for some. 12 hours a day is alot, I began to question the valdity of the study which all extenders go on (the 1 inch gains for every 3-6 months or 12 hrs a day usage!)

Personally I think if you can make any gains with manual PE then with added intensity and imagination you should be able to keep the gains coming as long as you believe you can!
