Default Questions on intensity.

Ok guys i just started to pe again. My problem is well, even though I'm doing the begginer routine, I have an odd feeling that im not using enough intensity, even though I'm starting up again. I never was good at pe anyway but you know I want that bigger dick so yea. Anyway, I had a really good warmup using a rice sock and could feel the ligs get looser after i warmed up. But i feel that when I'm stecthing that I'm not using enough intensity. For example, when I stretch, I'm only stretching about 3-4 millimieters farther than my cock would normally go. MAYBE half a centimeter. BUT, even thought the intensity is very low, I can feel that tingling sensation. BUT that may be from the quick kegels I do when I'm stretching. . .Any input guys? Also, I seem to have a very low intensity with my jelqs as well guys. The force I put in the grip is EXTREMELY light. Should I just keep the intensity this low for a week and then increase it? Please give me your very valued opinions on this. Thanks

ps. When stretching, should I use the ok grip, or just my thum and forefinger

I'm not 'super experienced' at PE but I would think that it's better to have a low intensity at first.. Increase the intensity as time progresses.

Also, I use the ok grip.

Go with wonderboy on this one...yeah you might feel like more is better, but that isn't always true. Take jelqs for example...I can really feel the blood flowing through if I use a lighter grip vs. strangling my manhood. Same with the stretches, you don't want your penis to feel like you're hurting it.

Start out light, my friend, you will be surprised at how little it takes to get started.

And if nothing happens, increase reps rather than intensity. At worst, nothing bad will happen.

Yeap, Im siding with the majoirty here, I would say start out at low intensity! I have a suspicion that some people just can't take higher intensity, and its never advisable to start with high intensity if your a newbie. I would advise that you pay particular attention to PI's. I personally prefer to stretch with an intensity level which does not cause me to turtle! Like Cernunnos says, start with increasing the reps before intensity. I use an OK grip, but be careful when gripping around the base of your head, there are alot of nerves around that area (so I was once told), so be gentle...another reason for lower intensity at first!

fendool. I have done this before and like you I never really felt anything inside my penis or pelvis. I could feel no stretch and I felt no ache or tingling afterwards. I think we are all different. I would advise that feeling is a poor indicator for some (like us who cannot feel anything). I also find that a good warm up seems to prevent feeling a stretch, so perhaps not feeling anything is a good sign, that everything is warmed up and loose to begin with. Don't be fooled into thinking you must feel something for the stretch to be effective, seems to me this could lead to injury!

In all honesty I have gone off these more intense stretches, I seemed to turtle alot after I had performed a few of them. Do you experience any negative PI's especially turtling after these 100% stretches? I suppose its also worth noting that no two peoples 100% stretch will be the same. Definately be very careful when stretching so intensly!

Nope, I can stretch as hard as i want for as long as i want and get no negative PI's. I have been stretching for 1 month and have not seen any gains. I am cut very tight and believe the lack of skin may be reducing the effectiveness of my stretches. As a result I will probably begin foreskin restoration soon. Hopefully if i add some more skin i can stretch further and get some results.

I will probably also incorporate some v-stretches and A-stretches into my routine to stretch out the tunica rather than the ligs.

Get all the lig growth out as you can before you get into tunica work. Also if your trying to create slack in your forskin apply mineral oil and jelq instead of doing a dry jelq.
