Default 2 month anniversary

I've successfully completed 2 months of PE. I'm still in the 90 day beginner routine, but I've added exercises after every month. Here is what what my routine is going to look like, starting today.

-warm up until penis is red
-stretch (up, down, left, right, center) with 50 kegels per position + helicopter shakes
-rotating stretch, full 360 degree for 20 seconds
-flaccid bend, 1 set of 2 fingers, 1 set of 3 fingers
-(new) internal stretch
-150 wet jelqs
-90 v jelqs
-(new) 30 mini jelqs for increasing mushroom head
-(new) 20 side jelqs to the left (to get rid of curve)
-warm up
-stretch (up, down, left, right, center) with 25 kegels per position + helicopter

Supplements:
L-Glutamine 4-7 grams a day (powder)
L-Arginine three 600mg pills, twice a day
High Alpha Whey Protein shake
I'm adding North American Ginseng to the mix (increase testosterone, therefore bigger balls)
B12 complex (sometimes)

So yeah, thats my routine now. 5 days on, 2 days off (unless there is excessive sex in one day, then I take the day off). It feels like way longer than 2 months. I can't wait for it to be 2 years. I'll have a huge cock-a-doodle-do!

I'm going to retake measurements soon. I know I've gained that quarter inch a few weeks ago, now my penis fills even harder and bigger. I'll update it in my signature!

Good luck to you all beginners (like me)! Gains are POSSIBLE with the 90 day beginner routine. I'm living proof of that. Just be dedicated and follow your routine consistently. Warm up and stretch, before and after your jelqing! Be smart, don't try anything stupid.
