Default EQ bad because of to much PE.................

.........Or is your dick growing?

Simple test you can do is to test your flaccid hang. If your flaccid hang is hard in the core or cord like, then you overworked it with PE and you need to soften up your grip and or stretching.
If it is soft and maleable when flaccid but your erection is poor, then likely you have grown. Time to build that EQ back up so you can see your new size. A good way to do this is with plenty of rest and edging or ballooning every other day.

Quality PE is knowing when to back off of PE.

This seems kinda in line with the whole TGC theory Iguana and Remek are proposing. This hard core is a definite negative PI from everything I've read but, any idea why that cord like core seems to occur?

I would guess it is something to do with your bodies responce to to much of a good thing. The rubberband effect perhaps something common with erectile tissue type.

This type of negative can be remedied with more attention to heat. The longer you PE the longer you should apply heat.

That makes sense with the rubber band analogy. So just to check I understand, you believe that heat can help repair tissue/speed recovery? or were you suggesting that more heat be applied during warm up the longer you PE?

More heat applied before and after PE. And if it is possible during PE, like a sauna or infra red light.

ok....this thread is exactly what I was searching for this morning.

I started PE for the 1st time on the 11th dec (9days ago) & have been using the newbie routine on here.

A couple days into it I noticed a much fuller & heavier feeling to my penis which encouraged me a lot & 3 or 4 days into it me and the fiancee had 90 mins of fantastic sex & my EQ,which has been very good & frequent all my life (I'm only 34), was FANTASTIC!

Then on the 5th day, just before my 2 days rest I not only did my newbie routine in the morn but also tried jelqing & v-jelqing with an erection later on that night. At the time it felt ok...I was very horny & zealous & just eager to advance with PE as quickly as poss.

And since that day I've been unable to get a proper, full on, rock hard erection

Now it's a struggle to get say a level 2 or 3 woodie & a level 4 is out of the question. I've noticed a slight numbness/soreness in the middle of the shaft & just under the glans (where the jelq stops) and I feel I've probably been a bit too intense with my grip.My morning woodie is maybe level 1 or 2 but still heavy & full of blood & after I've had my morning pee the hang is a welcome sight in the mirror but I used to wake up with rock hard-diamond cutters.

So,I'm slightly concerned now with loss of EQ but at the same time my flaccid state looks far healthier than it has in a looooong time, even though I've only done PE for 9 days. The turtling has all but ceased & before when it had turtled up,it was rigid & refused to come out unless properly aroused or violently shaken, now when there's slight shrinkage a small shake & stretch/kelg & it's full of blood again

So,as a total novice I'm now in a rock & a hard place (ignore the pun)...do I carry on with the newbie routine & just use a much less intense grip or do I rest until my EQ returns & the numb/sore overtrained sensation goes away?

HELP ME PLEASE.

Hello kooljohn!

Both the explanation and solution are very simple...
You overworked!
I assume your flaccid is kinda hard and engorged? (Not rubbery?)
Your penis needs a rest. Take a rest, not only 2 days, but as much as it takes to get your penis back to normal. That is until all the negative side effects disappear.
From then on, don't do any more exercises than your routine recommends. Also, PE on a lower erection level, otherwise injuries are much more probable to occur.
Don't be afraid that you will lose your hard work by taking a rest. On the contrary, you can only gain by it. It's all a part of the "listen to your penis" process.
Read the article on PI's (Physiological Indicators).
Your penis is "beaten and bruised" but you shouldn't worry about any permanent damage done; it will recover sooner than you think.

Cheers

I agree with all of the above. You have definitely overworked it, especially since you're just starting out. Give it a rest. I did the basic jelq for the first three months--nothing else, and got my woodies up to eleven o'clock--and I'm more than twice your age. But I started out slow and steadily increased the length and intensity of my workouts. It's easy to overdo it, especially when you start out because it's so damned exciting to see the results and to know that P.E. really works.
