Default **Mr. Bidnez's thorough 2 month progress report**

Hey everybody! I was initially going to wait till the end of three months to post a progress report but I was so ecstatic about my results that I had to share them with you all now. Im going to list all supplements plus a detailed summary of my routine.

First off a little background story I'm 22 years old. I started PE'n again after me and my girl friend of 5 years broke up (still an emotional mess about it). I needed something to help me get over her and have something to look forward to and I believe nothing is a better motivator than that. I would also like to note that in the first month of my newbie routine I was a heavy drinker, i.e. 1/3 to 1/2 bottle of whiskey a night. This past month I have only drank 4 or 5 times but I have not been drunk at all. I also workout everyday at the gym, 4 days I do weight lifting, 3 days I do cardio. I initially told myself I was not going to measure until after the three month period was up, but my penis started to feel noticeably bigger in my hand so I just had to satisfy my curiosity. Anyways, on to the important stuff.

I consider myself a hard gainer, not based on my the PE aspect, but more on my general muscle building aspect. Im 5' 11" and weigh in at just under 160 lbs. I have about a 9% body fat. My starting stats 2 months ago were 7.125" bpel and 4.5" msg. My penis was pretty much uniform girth at that time. After measuring last night these are my new stats: 7.6" bpel and 5" bg, 4.75" msg, and 4.6" right before the glans. I was sooo happy after taking the measurements! I was praying for a .25" girth increase after 3 months and to see it in 2 made me so relieved. What shocked me more was the length increase, just under .5" and this was all done from warm-up stretching and jelqing.

Im going to start by listing my supplements first

-I take all the supplements mentioned in JonPop's 90 day routine (you can look at that thread for those)
-I also take a Ginseng supplement twice a day. The product is GNC Ginsa Gold
-The following supplements I take primarily because of my gym habits and can be found at GNC
-100 grams of Gold Standard Whey Isolate protein powder
-1 and 1/2 scoops of N.O. Xplode (contains even more arginine and a shit load of other stuff)
-Pronabolin - This stuff is really expensive and questionable on the results. What it claims is a 100% natural testosterone increase, 350%Human growth
hormone increase, Anti-Estrogen, increases Nitrogen Retention.

On to the routine part!

For the first month I followed JP's 90 day routine religously. After the one month part I started to get bored of the sheer number of constant hand motions lol. What I did was dropped a set of regular jelqs and V jelqs in favor of some O-bends. At this point my routine looked something like this. My bathroom is located in my room, so I prefer a hot wash cloth to anything else.

-10 min hot washcloth warm up
-10 min stretches as prescribed by JP
-3 min warm up with wash cloth again
-15 min o-bends, I do thumb and index finger grip in four directions, then index-middle finger and thumb grip in four directions. I increase by one finger each set and hold each bend for about 20 seconds
-100 regular,slow jelqs (each jelq takes about 6 seconds)
-3 min warmu up with wash cloth again
-100 regular, slow jelqs (this time when my gets to the last 3/4 of my shaft i release my grip just slightly and I do a quick hard kegel to really engorge the last 1/4 of my penis)
-3 min cooldown with cool tap water wash cloth, with hard 10 second kegels.

As you noticed above I ommitted the vjelqs from my routine simply because I do not feel I am doing them correctly. As I had more intensity to the grips of my jelq I've noticed I have had to switch to a 3 DAY ON, 1 DAY OFF schedule. My routine is also VERY KEGEL INTENSIVE. By this I mean that in addition to the quick kegels I do while stretching, I do a quick kegel before I start each jelq to get my penis engorged that much more. And I also two a quick, hard kegel in my second set of jelqs. So lets see 100+100+100 is 300 quick kegels total, about 100 quick, hard kegels, and finally the 10 second kegels in cooldown.

This routine is also time intensive! takes about 1 hour 15min to 1 hour 30 min depending on erections during the exercise. Some may feel it is a bit intense for a newbie, but I believe what enables me to do it is my general level of fitness plus the supplements that I take. They really help in aiding your body in rebuilding. I am also extremely consistent! All this extra time I have since my break up has allowed me to really focus on PE.

And there we have it, made it to the end! Hope it wasnt too long for people and I hope to get some feedback from everyone, newbs like me, and the vets!

I also forgot to note that I do like a 5 min edging session after each workout and whenever I find myself some free time in front of the computer I like to bring myself up to an erection and try to keep the erection for about 5 mins. I usually do this in the morning when I wake up, when i get back from school or before I go to work, and before I go to bed.
