Default Question about quitting..

Hi all.

I am not new to the jelqing technique, but I have never been able to stick to the routine for a long amount of time. I am hoping to finish the 90 day beginner routine. I was just wondering, if I completely stop doing PE (other than kegels), will I lose everything I worked for over the 3 months? Or will I permanently keep these gains?

You'll retain your gains if you cement them and continue to do at least a maintenance level of stamina work.
