Hello fellow PE'ers,
Hello
I did my first Jelq session today (10 min warm-up followed by 150 strokes).
Congrats!!!
I was wondering if you could please answer a few questions about technique:
Ok I will give it a shot
1. How do you prevent your ball skin or I should say the rest of your pubic skin from being pulled forward? I noticed that as I jelqed my ball skin would ride up and be pulled forward onto my penis. So I kinda held the skin taught with one hand while jelqing with the other. You can do it that way as long as you don't hurt after you get through.
2. From what I read you need to alternate your hands (right, left, right left etc.). Do you need to have one hand right behind the other or is one hand clamping down while the other is milking?
You don't have to use both hands when Jelqing, I had loose skin from my scrotum so what I did was, put the shaft of the penis between thfirst and middle finger and hold the skin back against the fat pad, use the other hand to Jelq with.
Ignore the scrotum skin, but if it does bother you you can jelq with one hand. Do ten jelqds with the right then shift and do 10 jelqs with the left hand.
3. Do you use overhand grip (palm down) or underhand grip (palm up) or doesn't matter?
I perfered to use the overhand grip.
I use the overhand grip, easier for me. Or I prefer to use the "V" grip.
4. How much pressure do you squeeze with?
You have to squeeze hard enough to push the blood toward the head of the penis, but not so hard that you make yourself sore after you finish.
Thanks!
I use very lite pressure, it is safer that way.
