 |  New Year's Resolution
How many of you guys plan to dedicate Yourselves to PE for the new year? My new years resolution is to to gain 1/2 inch of length and girth.  Your friend, Jayhawk |

I plan to stick to PE and hopefully reach my goals. This year wasn't very good for PE, I had a lot of work at the university so I wasn't able to commit to PE. But now it's going to be different whatever comes I'm going to organize myself so I have time to PE.

O.K. today, New Years Day. Doing good. Been almost 18 hours since I decided to quit. I have had 1 cigarette, 1/3 put it out, 1/3 put it out, 1/3. This is very hard as I have been a pack and a 1/2 and more, smoker for over 4 decades. I started smoking in Vietnam, when they would provide me with smokes in my "C" rations. I am really going to quit this time. Wish me luck.

How did you like those "C" ration cigarettes? Weren't they the worst smoke that you could smoke. I started smoking when I was 13 years old and quit in 1976 when I was in the Fire Department in my home town. I use to smoke 2 packs a day while I was in the Army. My buddies use to holler at me to change the brand of smokes or quit, because I use to lay there at night in my bunk and hack an hack myself to sleep. Good luck Jonpop

Yeah, they were pretty dried out and harsh. I remember one sticking to my lip and pulling off a piece of skin and it getting infected in that bacteria soup we were living in. Man, I gotta quit these things.

Jonpop, You know when I was out of smokes, they use to have a large tray with those cigarettes in the chow line and I use to take a hand full. Didn't care how bad they were.
