How do you guys fit it in? I want PE'ing to become apart of my life just like exercising but I find it hard to fit it in because stuff like the JP routine is a 45 minute routine which I find hard to fit it in. I have joined this forum for almost 2 years and still haven't started properly and it's annoying to know I could of at least been 3/4 of the way to my goal. I suppose I could do the routines in the morning before I go to do my training but will doing PE and then going into the cold slow down my gains
