    How do you guys fit it in? I want PE'ing to become apart of my life just like exercising but I find it hard to fit it in because stuff like the JP routine is a 45 minute routine which I find hard to fit it in. I have joined this forum for almost 2 years and still haven't started properly and it's annoying to know I could of at least been 3/4 of the way to my goal. I suppose I could do the routines in the morning before I go to do my training but will doing PE and then going into the cold slow down my gains

    I mix it in with my morning shower. I multiplex to save a substantial amount of time.

    What I do is run the hot water in the sink. I take a washcloth and get it hot, wrap it around my dick and lean up against the counter to hold it in place. I then start doing my normal routine: contacts, brush teeth, shaving, etc. Ever minute or so, I would reheat the washcloth. All this takes about 10 minutes, so I perform my warmup at the same time.

    I then perform the exercises. I take the shower and run the water very warm. I shower for 10 minutes. This acts as my warmdown. I essentially save 20 minutes on warmup/warmdown doing this. The exercises take 20-25 minutes, so that is not a big time investment for the benefits I receive.

    I work 12 hour shifts, go to the gym 5 days a week for an hour, and have significant drive time and I still fit it in.
    Granted, I don't get good sleep to fit it all in.

    Another "trick" to save time for me it's that I don't warm up (most would not recommend this) but I personally have a very strong belief that warming up is not needed and does nothing for PE (again, this is only my opinion and I have scientific reasons for my opinion)

    I get up early, I could even say that 90% of why I dont drink is PE. wont wake up early if I get to drinking. I also warm up with a sock under my robe held in place with a belt. I will hang and do something like fold laundry, standing or sitting. Gotta multi task

    Usually I have dinner then I go to the gym. When I get back home, I run a hot bath and do my bathmate exercice (which is also my warm up). Then I quickly shower. Get out, dry and brush my teeth. Then I do my jelqing exercices and a quick warmdown with my rice sock. Then off to bed.

    I find it is very important to incorporate PE into your daily routine and in a way it doesn't take too much place, so it becomes a hassle-free habit.

    You are a legend my friend thanks for that tip now it seems so much more manageable
