Default Safety First

WARNING!! PE can cause injuries.

What to avoid, it is simple. Don't use a monster tight grip. Use very lite grip always until your ding dong has reached a place where you can tighten the grip a bit. Say every two weeks or so tighten the gripabout a millimeter or a tenth of an inch. This will help you stay more consistant and avoid injury.

Also always warm up this is the most inortant step in PE. Warming up is the best ay to prevent injury and helps secure a succesful PE session.

When you stretch, stretch put slow and easy let your ding dong tell you when it is safe for you to stretch him more. Listyen to your dick it is trying to work with you.

Dont start any of the advance routines until you have gotten 3 months of active begining PE under your belt.

Microtares are normal you should only feel very slightly sore from them. Thrombose vains and other types of bulges are sighn you injured yourself. Most injuries heal themselves rather quickly. But in the meantime you become fretful and psychotic thinking your penis will never be the same.

Try to avoid discoloration, these are not battle scars or gang collors they mean you injured yourself and a break from PE is needed. Numbness although mostly not serious can last for years and the only healing I know that is effective for this is a warm application and Ginkgo Biloba.

The signs of major dick trauma is the following:

Stiff painful flaccid.

Numbness.

Cold glans that does not warm up again.

Bruising and pain.

Check yourself on a pain scale from 1-5
4-5 being the worse, 3 means you may consider seeing a doctor.
1-2 mean you better lay off PE tell the pains leaves.

If you injure yourself stop all PE until your ding dong recovers.

Now!!! I want this to be the most read thread on the forum. I want you guys to feel free to add to it any safety tips you can. Feel free to comment on saftey and post it if you like. There are no stupid questions on this forum. Even if it is a question that is repeated a billion times. If it concerns the safety of your penis. Then it is a question worth answering a billion times.

Any questions?

Another excellent post by Kingpole!

Great stuff, KP, and SO important. Safety should be the top priority in PE. I like what you said here:

"Most injuries heal themselves rather quickly. But in the meantime you become fretful and psychotic thinking your penis will never be the same."

I definitely agree.

I have one question: What do you mean by microtears? I think I know, I think I've experienced them, but I'm not sure.

OOOOPS I meant microtares. I got to go chane that. Microtares is waht happens in the jelqing or PE process that initiates growth in the penis. Little microscopic bleedings that should heal over night. New cells are duplicated in the microtareing and this is what causes cell replication that causes the penis to grow. Of course this is a theory.

This thread will be very helpful to every new member. I see no reason why it should not be the most popualr thread in this forum. Preventing injury should be even more important than getting modest gains. Plus if you're injured you can't gain!!

Great Post KP, glad its been made a sticky!

My contribution to this would be concerning blood spots. These are tiny pin prick red marks usually on the head of your penis. They are tiny blood vessels which have burst due too excessive presure. They should heal up all on there own in a day or two and shouldn't be anything to seriously worry about. I got quite afew one time from excessive pumping. Take afew days off until they heal. If you dont, they will keep re appearing!

Take blood spots as a sign to reduce your pressure and intensity and or volume in the future.

Exactly. If you PE with the mindset that penis health comes first, and the gain is an added bonus, you'll be much better off.

I think you should mention: Use common sense.

Penile injuries don't happen as often as new PE'ers think they do. You just need to be intelligent and listen to your penis. LESS IS MORE.

Good post, Kingpole!

But here's my problem. After my last PE session, my ding dong started to feel a bit weird. It didn't hurt, but the head of my penis was acting up a bit. I felt some type of ''sharp feeling'' in the head of my penis. When I stretched it, i felt another weird yet non-painful but still undescribable feeling below the mid-section.

So, I took a week off and everything was fine. Today, I'm starting my routine again, and the head is acting up again. And I'm not stretching it, touching it, or anything. I did Jai Stretches today and Kegels but that's all. I don't want to do my routine tonight because I may injure it.

Like I said, it's not painful or even discomforting, it's just a slight sharp tingling sensation that occurs at the head of the penis. I wonder if it's normal??
