Red face beginner questions

Hi everyone,ive already wrote a routine dunno if anyone has seen it,its under dazz81 and its called beginner routine, check it out and evaluate and mentor when you can,i appreciate comments and tips.

Anyway im on my second week now of excercising four days on mon -thurs and three days off fri-sun.
Everything seems fine i feel more hornier my erection levels are good and i seem to be able to last a little longer with the missus,heres some questions i forgot to ask.

Is it normal to turtle a little while after pe, it usually goes back to normal in the evening,i go to the gym mon -thurs as well and this tends to make me turtle up especially when i do cardio dunno why.

Will a 4 on 3 off routine be too much of a rest period during 3 off or is that ok.

Are cool downs bad for gains ie warm wraps after workouts,after a workout ive been switching between a hot and cold wrap for six mins,one min hot one min cold,im not sure if i should end on the cold or hot wrap , any suggestions, or should i just use a cold wrap at the end of workouts ???

When you have to take a reconditioning break how long do you take it for,do you take up any pe on this break,why do we take this break and when do you know when to take one ???

And last but not least what vitamins may help my gains,im already on a healthy high protien diet to aid my gym workouts, and take one green tea capsule one vitamin c and one vitamin e tablet a day, i also glug down at least four litres of water a day will this help ?, i heard that l-arginine can help is this true and what about a product called v-vigour max, help pleeease.

Hello dazz81!

It is normal to turtle after a workout, sometimes post turtling may be a sign of overworking. Cardio will make you turtle for awhile, it's normal.

3 days off....hmm...I heard of 5on-2off, 3on-2off, 1on-1off....4on-3off- I don't know, but it shouldn't bee too much rest, someone with more experience can advise you better than I.

About cool downs and warm downs, opinions are divided. I have heard of people recommending a warm down, a cool down and nothing at all, but I have never heard of taking both warm down and cool down. It certainly can't hurt you, do it for awhile and tell us what you think about it, ok? (I myself use a warmdown)

A deconditioning break is at least a week, usually a couple of weeks or one month. You don't do PE on your decondition break (perhaps only kegels and hot wraps). People do this when their penis gets used to PE and they stop growing at an intense routine. You don't need to think about this yet.

I don't know about the supplements, I don't take any even though I am a gym guy. Just be careful with those 4 liters of water a day as so much water can wash you clean of minerals and electrolytes. Doctors recommend 2-2,5 liters of water a day, if you're extremely active (professional) you can go 3-3,5. My girlfriend drank 4 liters a day and got sick last summer, felt lousy, bad concentration, headache, felt sleepy, etc... turns out she ran low on natrium (Na). So if you get to feel such, cut down on water.

Alright let me try with this one:

1. Turtling is neither a positive or neutral PI; it happens. I wouldn't look too far into it, but if you are seriously turtling (i.e. your penis looks like it's just comprised of the head), I'd take it as a sign of an overtrained routine.

2. I see you said you're going Mon-Thurs...is there any chance you could go Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri? 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, rest weekend?

- As a side note, once you get past the three month conditioning mark and move onto advanced exercises (which makes your routine much more intense), I would move to 3 days a week (like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, for instance).

3. There was a thread on here that suggested using a "cool down" instead of a "warm down", but I don't think there is that big a difference; either way, you need to do one.

4. A week off from PE usually comes after 3 or 4 weeks. I do every 4 weeks. This is to allow your penis time to regain itself; to grow and recover.

5. For the vitamin part of your post, go to JonPop's beginner guide. He lists some stuff for you to take.

Thanks Todger, RIB2211 and Iguana your comments and information has been most helpful,my turtling hasnt been that bad just one hour after pe but its only a couple of inches smaller than normal,i think ill try two days on and one day off for a while,cheers guys good luck in your pe quest,ill be writing in my measurements on the 14th feb cos that will be a month from when i started pe,lets hope ive grown.
