Here's A Routine For Beginners That Just Want 2 Gain Length 1.Warm Up - 3 Minutes 2.Power Stretch - 5 Minutes [ 30 secs Straight out/Up/Down/Left/Right ] <- 2 Times 3.V Stretch - 5 Minutes [ With Right Hand Make Ok Grip And Full Stretch It Straight Hold It For 5 Seconds, Then With Ur Hand Place Ur Tumb On The Base And Apply Pressure Going Up Take No Longer Then 10 secs And Down ] 4.Ultimate Jelq - 5 Minutes 5.Circular Stretch- 4 Minutes 6.Warm Down - 3 Minutes One day On/One Day Off .... For 4 Weeks , Then You Can Do 2 Days On 1 Day Off For 8 weeks Then 5 Day On 2 Days Off Till You Reach Your Goal .... And As You Switch Your Days And Off Routine You Add More Time 2 Your Exercises ... Well Tell Me What Yall Think Of This Routine .. I'm Starting It On Monday .... If You Check My Log Its Just A Warm Up 2 Everything .... This Is Lenght Only Remember That .... |
