I'd like to know if there is a chance I can make this work for me, but first a little bit of insight into my issue. I have a small penis I haven't measured it flacid but it's embarassing, and fully erect bone pressed I am 4 1/2 inches and I haven't measured the girth but it's not much. I am also quite a bit overweight at 27 years old and 5"9 1/2 I weigh 266 pounds. I have heard that when you lose weight, you get more of the penis you already had. Not that it grows but as belly fat decreases more of your member hangs out, is there any truth to this? Well over the last few weeks I have slowly been bringing my diet under control and exercising five days a week and have dropped ten pounds on the scale. This is kind of my only hope for having a normal sex life as I have never been with a woman for fear of embarassment, but I can handle it if there isn't much hope to hold out for. |

Congratulations on the weight loss! I'm lookin' to lose a hefty chunk of weight myself, but haven't yet become consistently dedicated, stuff like this always reminds to me to get off my ass, heh heh. I've heard that you gain 1/4 - 1/2" of penis for every 25 or so pounds that you lose. I don't know how large of a difference this will make for bone pressed measurements, but it will certainly make your penis look a lot larger if you lose weight. Here's a progress report you may find inspiring if you can read it (I don't know if it requires a log in or not): http://www.thundersplace.org/forum/s...ad.php?t=10748 Have you begun the beginner's routine yet?

Welcome to the gym Seraph. Yes, your weight has alot to do with the size of your penis. Yes, if you lose weight your penis will grow. We'll take care of you here at the gym. Start on the 90 day beginner routine right away. Here are some links to some threads; one is the 90 day beginner routine, and the other is about safety. I suggest you read them before you start exercising. http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...y-routine.html http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...ety-first.html Don't be afraid to ask questions. Thanks Keido and jayhawk, I wasn't able to read the post at the link you gave me Keido. I tried registering with the forums but it wouldn't go through for some reason. I suppose the only real question I have right now is, I notice that for a lot of the excercises it says not to do them fully erect but I really don't have much room to work with so I was wondering how other really small guys got started? I will also look over the begginer routine thanks again guys.

Oh, too bad you can't read that thread, Seraph. The guy in it (YGuy) started at 4.5x3.5 and got to 8"+ x 5.5"+... I don't know the exact measurements he was at when he retired, but that's an incredible size increase and rather motivating. He did mainly manual PEing (some stints of hanging here and there), which is what I find so great. It's pretty amazing some of the gains some guys have made with just their hands. Quote:

Thanks again Keido, I am actually going to start the beginners routine today, and make sure I pay close attention to all the safety guidelines. I am not out for a quick fix and if it does take a year or more to get a serious gain I am more then willing to put in the time as I am still quite young and good health pending then I have a lot of years ahead of me to make up for lost time. My hope is that the PE combined with the weight loss will bring me up eventually to 7 inches erect and an erect girth of at least 4.5-5 inches along with very strong erections, then again what guy doesn't want that right? |
