Anyone who can explain to me how I know that I've found my PC muscle will be a great help. When I'm pissing, I'm able to stop mid-flow, is that the PC muscle? Thanx in advance. |

Yes, that's the muscle. Another way to tell which muscle is flexing is to press on your perineum (the spot between your anus and testicles) and flex the muscle, you should feel it flex if the muscle is strong enough.

No that is the BC muscle. When you are holding a piss you are using the BC muscle. This is the muscle that helps you maintain an erection. The PC muscle is the muscle you use to hold a bowel movement. flexing the PC muscle can help with getting an erection somewhat. But the real power comes from flexing the BC muscle. If you can do both BC and PC flexing then you will have a real hard wood going on.

Yes, I do both. I will flex the PC muscle followed a flex of the PC muscle. As Kingpole said, this exercises the entire pelvic floor plate.

I'm not quite sure what it was yesterday, but during my edging session, I had the hardest erection I have ever had (probably in my life). I was up to 7.2 NBPEL, though I wasn't able to check girth and BPEL. I think part of it was about every 5 seconds, I would push out on what I think was my BC muscle for about 2 seconds, as if I was trying to "relieve" myself. |
