I wonder if breaking your workout into two sessions would help gains..you know instead of doing your 60 wet jelqs and 300 kegels in one session, if you split it into a mornin session 30 and 150 and the same for an afternoon/evening session... warming up before both. What do you all think?

Try it... But 300 kegels in one session? 300 kegels in one day? You must have a rock hard pelvic region by now. Damn that's a lot of kegeling.

The main trick with splitting your routine into 2-a-days is to be very vigilant about not overdoing it. I'm about to start doing that again once I start working next month, but I did learn from having done it in the past that it's very easy to do WAY more than you should if you don't exercise self-control and discipline, so this time around I should be alright. And, as PEsG already stated, that's a LOT of freaking kegels, my friend. I would break it up into several sets a day if you're gonna do that many. I do my kegels right before each jelq (to get a nice rush of blood in there), I do some more (very sporadic in their frequency) during edging and that's about it. |

yea my routine is 2 days on 1 day off Warmup 15 minutes Stretch and hold left,right,up,down 2 minute each hold along with helicopters between Wet Jelqs 60 300 kegels total throughout session Cool Down 2 minutes |
