Hi, im new here and i kinda stumbled upon Pe on accendent after reading an article in mens health(i think) on kegel. Im a 22 year old soldier currently deployed in iraq with a lot of time on my hands. Anyways after checking out the site i figured what the heck ill give this a shot so i started a newbie routine about a week ago, and honestly i think im already seeing some improvement while erect(harder, feels bigger, ejaculating harder, of coarse that may just because i havent been laid in some months) anyways my first question was about my routine, if you guys think its not enough or maybe too much or whatever. First i do my routine all in the shower because really thats the only place i get any privacy over here, is it ok to do an entire workout in the shower??? Next question about my routine is just the routine its self tell me what you think. Warm up in hot shower, by massaging and wraping hot washcloth around it, 5-10 min Stretching i do the basic strech straight in front, straight up, straight down, and to both sides, holding each positions for 30 seconds, i do 2 sets on each posistion 50 jelqs 100 kegels I do my workout 2 days then a rest day Tell me what you think. My second question comes with a short back story. I was home on R&R which i spent with my girlfriend of 2 years, and i wont explain how we started talking about this but... we were having a discussion about male porn stars and during said disscussion she thought she would mention that she once had a boyfriend that had a 9 1/2 to 10 inch cock and thought that it wouldnt bother me at all(women?). Anyways she also said that she didnt really like it and that it hurt but she also said and i quote "well the sex wasent even good it was just a big dick if that makes you feel better"(possible meaning that she did not mind a big dick at all) now im sporting an even 7 myself and often when i get in deep with her she screams out and says im hurting her. So my question is if i do achieve positive results with PE, and it turns out she really doesnt desire me to have anything bigger than 7" then can i stop doing my routine and revert back to my origanal size?? oh sorry for being longwinded but one more question would reaching 8"-8 1/2" be an unrealistic goal? Hey. I think your routine looks pretty good although 2 sets of stretching might be too much for a starter. If you are not getting bad PI's (you can read about PI's here - http://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theor...inal-post.html) then continue doing exactly what you're doing. First of all women have a hard time judging size, they see a 7" dick and go around saying it is 9". She should adapt to your size as you grow but you might need to change some things. You can't go balls deep if you have a 8" dick and you have to be more careful. Gains do tend to go away when people don't cement them but I think you should really think about if you want to get any bigger or not. I think that is an achievable goal but keep in mind that this takes time and requires patience and hard work. Good luck.

Thanks for the input banana, now, like i said in my first post, ive only been at this for a week and it "appears im seeig some positive pi's(feels harder a little bigger, more forcefull ejaculation) but also like i said this may also be because i havent been laid in the last few months so i guess my next question is, at what point do i increase reps and/or force in my jelqs and/or add more stretching if im still not seeing any positive,neutral, or negitive PI's? Thanks for your help.

You are seeing positive PI's right now so just keep doing what you're doing. If after some time you don't get any gains and you still have positive PI's that means you're undertraining so you need to increase the load. As soon as you get a negative PI you should decrease the load and wait for positive PI's. Right now just keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure you'll grow.
